Yup. Bronco fan. Since I live in Colorado, that’s probably not a big surprise. I’ve never been a huge football fan, but I have followed the games a bit more closely the last couple of years. I have really been impressed with how well our team played this year. I hope next year will be just as good, but I realize that only time will tell.

So yesterday was the big game of the season, the Superbowl. I have to admit I didn’t watch it. We had it on for a while, and every once in a while I checked the score. Didn’t even watch the new commercials which I insisted on seeing last year. I was surprised at how the game was going. I realize the Seahawks are a very good team, but the Broncos just didn’t play as well as they usually do. What was up with that? Who knows. We all have bad days, right?

I have heard so many comments since the game, both positive and negative. Why are so many people absorbed with football games, some to the point of obsession? I suppose we all just need something to cheer for. Just remember when all is said and done, it is just a game. Congratulations to the Seahawks, and as for my Bronco team….there is always next year!
